We bought a storage unit FlowerHouse in February 2007 and by December we were writing complaints to the manufacturer. It all started with a small tear in the fabric near the zipper. Not the same zip, but the seam of the fabric next to it. The answer we received unpublished, "Our policy states warranty is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship, and that a warranty must be sent within 14 days of purchase. But we did not find Guaranteepaper had been sent in will replace your storage shed and ask that you pay for the shipment of $ 40, since the guarantee was not sent in. As you purchased the storage shed through Walmart, are the people that you should check with a refund for "br. / Br / We asked for a refund from the company as Walmart is not an issue after 90 days. So why we should throw money after bad FlowerHouse sending $ 40 to replace the piece of junk that we had with another? We do not andNot true. br / br / Please see the many pictures we have presented and note the following: br / br / (1.) We live in the mild and cool climate of Northern California. There is snow, sleet, hail or heat waves. = Average temperature of 65 degrees, so neither hot nor cold has caused this rapid deterioration. br / br / (2.) No animal, human or inanimate object has abused this shed. Although it seems to have cat scratches, it is not. And the tears if you just touch it. As you can see in the photos we have stored softfabric fleece inside – without tools, electronics, machinery, equipment or any sharp objects. Thus, the content did not rip. br / br / (3.) seem to puddles of water inside the door after every rain. This happened from the beginning, although there are no visible holes in the roof. During the rainy season we just leave the broom in and occasionally go wring out. br / br / With the poor customer service, a defective product and no refund, our only option is to let the world know of our experiencewith this piece of garbage. So learn from our mistakes, look at our photos and ask yourself if this is the shed that you want in your garden a year and a half from now. br / br / [We tried to give 0 stars but the revision would be published, hence the 1 star.]

The photo was misunderstood in the sense that it was a pop up tent and type of units we need something more stable. I came back b / c that was not what we needed.
