I got this for my mom for Christmas, as was his wish list. I tried some others, but this seemed to have the best features. I was surprised when I saw this huge box in the mail. Then I found that was smaller than I thought it was. The arm light comes on right and left, so you can get a good angle from the light. Furthermore, all bends, so it would be easy to travel with. The only thing I thought when I saw my mother using it is that the clip is rather cumbersome, soI'm not sure how this would work with a pocket. All in all, I believe that this light was a great buy and certainly made reading much easier for my mother, who was having problems at night due to bad lighting.

Disappointed – Smole –
I am disappointed with the AC adapter that is not in real opening of the lamp, I can not use it. Furthermore, because of my 'illiteracy' I did not record the lamp required 4 AA batteries, I was expecting two, my mistake, course.br / Otherwise, the lamp is working fine, bright, does not disturb the 'other' person if you are careful. So, I will keep the lamp, buy batteries and write the rest off to experience.

I had a light almost like this book several years ago and finally fell apart. I bought three booklights since collapsed and was taken back – hated them and all costs over $ 20/each. I found this on Amazon.Com and was so happy. I can read back to bed and not disturb my husband at all. I love this !!!!! Booklight

I am pleased with this product, but I think that the cost of replacement bulbs can be quite high. I bought this to replace a very similar that I had previously bought in a dollar store!

Pros: flexible, small, light rotating. br / Cons: Batteries killed the light after about 3 yearsbr / br / I really enjoyed this, but the batteries got choroid. Not sure why but I had about 3 years of use out of it that is good enough for the price. I am buying another … well, I liked enough, I'm going to get another.
