LoJack old my subscription had expired and upon installation of the new cd is required asks me to reinstall. So I reinstalled and asked me to do the same thing again. So I called LoJack and fixes for me in about 2 days. During these two days my computer may have been stolen ….( not good), but it's better than having the software to all claims.
